The timeframe may vary depending on the scope of the project and the number of photographs taken and number of photograph selected by clients. However, on average, you can expect to receive your fully edited and retouched images within 8 - 12 weeks after the event. After selecting the RAW photos the time count down starts.

  8. What happens if there is a failure to make payment according to the agreed terms?
    However, if payment remains outstanding beyond a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the advance payment as a cancellation fee. We believe in fair business practices and strive to maintain open communication to avoid such situations whenever possible.
    On the event day, failure to make the required payment according to our agreed terms, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you to resolve the matter and we may give you couple of days more, We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are open to discussing alternative solutions (For valid Emergency Case). To maintain the integrity of our photography services, RAW photos will only be transferred to the client upon completion of full payment.
  9. Will you provide props, dresses, or other items for the photography session?
    We focus solely on providing exceptional photography services and do not offer props, dresses, or other items for sessions. However, we are more than happy to offer guidance and suggestions for selecting appropriate props or outfits that will enhance the overall aesthetic of your photographs.
